  • 轻质隔墙板的隔音效果

目前墙板市场上有相当一部分轻质隔墙板隔声效果较差,安装使用后用户反映不好,作为墙板生产厂家,有必要对墙体材料的隔声性能有一个科学的认识,以更好地满足用户的需要。国内外建筑声学工作者在进行大量的研究的基础上,就墙板隔声性能做了一些规律性的总结。
  一、隔声效果根据墙板材质的不同而有所变化
  一般来讲,单层均匀密实隔墙板的隔声量的变化可根据建筑声学的“隔声质量定律”判断,即隔声量与构件单位面积的重量成正比,面密度每增加一倍,隔声量大约提高4—5分贝。因此,面密度高的墙板比面密度低的墙板隔声效果好。然而,轻质隔墙板的面密度受到产品标准的限制,以此,要想提高轻质墙板的隔声量,一般应采用双层或多层复合构造。
  二、空气层的设置
  有的墙体材料采用双层墙面构造,并在两层墙之间留一定厚度的空心层间隙,由于空气层的弹性层作用,可使总墙体的隔声量超过质量定律,大大提高墙板的隔声性能。
  三、吸声材料在隔墙板中的应用
  在双层墙机构的轻质墙板的空气层中加入某种吸声材料,将更加明显的提高双层墙的隔声量。并且吸声材料的厚度愈大、吸声材料的吸声性能愈好,隔声量的提高幅度也就越大。比如石膏板隔墙的隔声效果本来并不好,但如果在安装施工中加入隔声材料,其隔声效果的改善是非常令人满意的。
  四、声桥的作用
  双层墙的空气层之间应尽量避免固体的刚性连接,因为这样的连接将会起到声桥的作用,声桥的存在会使空气层的隔声作用大打折扣,破坏空气层的弹性层作用,使隔声量明显下降。比如,空心板隔墙或空心砌块隔墙虽然能减轻墙体重量,并且在产品宣传中强调其隔声效果好,但其实其内部空腔不能等同于起到隔声作用的空气层。这是因为这些空腔的周围是刚性连接的声桥,是不能阻挡声音的传播的。事实上,在实验室测得的结果证明,同材质的空心板与实心板相比,在面密度相同时,两者的隔声量非常接近。
  五、抹灰层可增加隔声量
